Big Sky TKD News (2)Wanna keep up with what's new with us at Big Sky Tae Kwon Do? Below you'll find all the latest news happening with us and our students/programs! The Montana State Championships were held in Butte, MT on June 12, 2010. There were over 110 participants that competed in forms and sparring. Big Sky Taekwondo brought 13 athletes ranging in age from 6 to 48 years old. Master Scott Miranti was awarded his seventh degree black belt at the opening ceremony. He has been practicing Taekwondo for nearly 40 years now! We were all very proud to be there to see him receive this well deserved award. Congratulations Grand Master Miranti! Individual awards included: Earl Gaub:1 gold, 1 silver, Kalebh English: 2 silvers, Kyle Korb: 2 bronzes Yasmine Gaub: 2 bronzes, Brittany Evans: 1 silver, 1 bronze, Brianna Evans: 2 bronzes, Darci Miranti: 1 silver, Beau Redmond: 2 bronzes, Beth O'Brien: 1 gold, 1 silver, Matthew Bumbarger 1 gold, 1 bronze, Ian O'Brien: 1 silver, 1 bronze Keyara Bahnmiller: 1 gold, 1 silver, Atiyana Harding: 1 bornze 1 gold.
