Classes include a wide variety of stretching and flexibility exercises, cardiovascular aerobic and anaerobic conditioning along with kicking, striking and blocking techniques to help you achieve a physically fit mind and body.
Each workout is varied and fun, consisting of paddle and air-shield kicking drills, partner drills, heavy bag work, sparring and much, much more.
Classes are designed to fit all fitness levels whether you're a new beginner or highly advanced. You take it at your own pace!
